Hello,
How are you?
I enjoyed your article on Tax Liens/ Deeds.
I am a local in Marina del rey.
I am looking to purchase some out of state
tax lien / deeds.
Do I have to contact the local government or
are there brokers that sell them?
Who would be the best party to buy from
either the state or a third party?
Any you can recommend?
Thanks so much,
Robert Wagner
Hi Robert
Thank you very much for email and kind
words.
There are a large number of states that will
sell their Liens/Deeds direct to the public.
From a cost point of view this is the best
way to go.
You may wish to check out the following site
www.lienexchange.com
they have a lower level free service that
you can sign up for. This should give you
all the information you require before going
forward.
best wishes
Carl
